I finally had the time to look further into this.

I had version 4.2.0 installed. This version does not have the FA_ALL symbol.
Only after I upgraded to 4.2.2 the symbol FA_ALL was defined.

I now have the linux networking also working. For this to work I had to:
1 put 2 dummy files in the poduleroms directory
2 Use the interpreter
3 Use a 4.02 rom

So far all the other combinations I tried do not work. I intent to look
further in to this, because it would great to have more than 6-7 MIPS and use
RISC OS Select.
