Hi David, Just out of curiosity, if you are not good at C or gcc then why do you want to build it from scratch? Tom has good windows binaries on his website so if necessary you can download them.
I don't think that RPCemu is the best way to start to learn about C or GCC for that matter.. Jan Rinze.
