Hi guys,
Attached is a simple patch to allow the Linux version of RPCEmu to be run
in a non-interactive fashion from an ordinary console window. This
makes the emulator suitable for use in autobuilders and the like,
where you don't want RPCEmu windows popping up every five minutes.

Let me know if there's anything you want me to tidy up in the patch
before you're willing to accept it.
At the moment we're not going to accept this patch for a couple of reasons
1) The audience for the patch is very very small, (running
headless autobuilders is not the average usecase for rpcemu)
2) The maintainence overheads of supporting and testing, effectively,
another platform port are quite high.
3) It's work that goes far outside of the scope of a hardware emulator, as
such takes a much lower priority.
However, if any of those change we'd definitely reconsider the patch.
In fact some of the work we plan for vidc refactoring will probably make
this patch more trivial in future. But at the moment it's probably best
to distribute and maintain this patch alongside your other autobuilder work.

OK, understood!
