Hi, I recently compiled the Linux version of RPCEmu 0.8.8 on Debian Wheezy AMD64. I appear to be having the same problem that Brian Duffell reported back on the 1st of June last year. Did he ever get a reply or a solution? I couldn't see one in the mailing list archive. Basically, sound in the OS is configured and works fine normally - I have many other emulators and programs running with it. In fact, even the Windows binaries of RPCEmu 0.8.8 work fine, including sound, through WINE. Sound is enabled in the settings but doesn't work in either the Recompiler or Interpreter builds. I can't see any reports in the console or anything interesting in the log - contents of rpclog.txt included below. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks, Peter.
