Update: I've tried a couple of other MDFs, copied across from an
Iyonix. The Xerox-XM3-19w driver gives 1440 x 900 x 16M and seems to
work ok. Oddly, I had to first 'try' this driver's 1280 x 1024 option
(i.e., the same as the AKF91) before it would let me try 1440 x 900.
