Indeed. The first attempt to run !Eureka was from a zipped copy of my 
Iyonix installation, where it ran under Aemulor. I could not get that 
to load to the icon bar under RPCEmu. This time I copied directly from 
a NAS backup of the Iyo's predecessor (the Kinetic RPC referred to 
above). I don't know why this should have made a difference, but it 
did; possibly an earlier version of !Eureka, or maybe the zipped copy 
was corrupted/incomplete.
