Real Phoebe performance with ROMark is compared on this page, http://www.stardot.org.uk/forums/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=6753 On the emulator however the speed will be pretty much the same as RPC1 (SA, arm 610, arm 710) running in interpreter mode. The speed of the emulator isn't limited to the speed of the emulated hardware, it just goes as fast as your computer will allow regardless of settings. There are no significant changes to the architecture that have an impact on emulated performance.
