The DDC extension is a RISC OS 'Archive' (a sort of zip) which can be opened inside RISC OS using !SparkPlug etc. You might try changing the DDC to zip so that the file becomes 'VFree402.zip' and then see if you can open it in Windows. It is the ROMs inside VFree402.ddc that you must put into the roms folder of RPCEmu.
