We have been actively in touch with those organisations whose allocations are not yet announced (after 12 months) numerous times, reminding them about being in breach of the policy. In most cases, we have received acceptable explanation from them about the cause of the deployment delay, with commitment to deploy/announce the allocation at some time in the near future (usually, 1 - 3 months). > Is there some wording I've missed? Not straight forward to define - but will give an example: If ISP A is going to assign a /48 to each of his/her current 50 leased-line customers, this sounds like an acceptable plan to us. We will ordinarily ask for proper justification (in form of documented proof or otherwise), and allocate if the plan is satisfactorily justified.
