Thank you for pointing this out. This was a typographical error on my
part. The website (http://www.afrinic.net/policy.htm) has the correct
end date for the 15 days which is 19th December 2009. I regret any
inconveniences caused by this.

The last call for comments period started on 4th December, 2009. It
is not a 15-day last call if the period ends on the 17th of December.
I suggest that the PDP-MG review the text of this last call carefully
as there are grounds for an objection.
