We just released the first release candidate for RTRTR 0.3.2.
This candidate adds ASPA support to RTRTR and fixes a few smaller
issues.

If you want to test this release candidate, you can install it via
cargo by running
cargo install -f --version 0.3.2-rc1 --locked rtrtr
Binary packages are available via the -proposed channels.
