The interesting point is that before the operation the region files
(__db*) are just fine (before and even once again after all these
errors). The problem exists just during the "rpm -U" call as it
looks. Before and after everything is fine. I'll now retry by setting
%__db_private during the %post processing. We'll see whether it helps...
