I missed this ... so the fork/exec in rpm-5.4.0 is screwy.

Note that the macor has both path to executable as well as argv[0]
which is slightly unusual:

#%__prelink_undo_cmd     /usr/sbin/prelink prelink -y library

And commented out, so that might explain why I dinna see
any issues while running rpm -Va ... I swear "best effort"
return 0 always, and all the "Have it our own way!" configgery
is tripping me up more and more frequently.

It *IS* just a classic fork/exec ... what could be simpler?
