Fixed the comments.
I'm not sure about documentation... @n3npq points out POPT aliases are
configurable (so shouldn't be documented), but on the other hand `--with` and
`--without` are both POPT aliases and are in the man page... Anyways, let me
know if you want me to update the man page and I'll do so.
One point to notice is that when `--nodebuginfo` is passed, then the `hello`
binary in the resulting RPM will have no `.gnu_debugdata`, instead it will have
the full `.symtab`, while when debuginfos are generated, the opposite is
true... Is that an issue? (I haven't really checked on binary sizes of
significant code... So not sure `--nodebuginfo` means unstripped or not...)
