Oh, I thought /usr/bin/python is still Python 2 on Fedora 32 but that's not the 
case, the CI needs to be tweaked to use python2 explicitly. Getting Python 3 to 
pass would require pulling in the bytes -> strings change. Which would be a 
controversial thing to do...
