It's not clear what the current directory is set to by default during
`execute_process()` but in this case, it certainly isn't set to the original
build directory.
Also, if we're going to fix this, setting `WORKING_DIRECTORY` would probably be
better than prefixing each path manually.
I'll leave the decision to @pmatilai as I'm not as fluent with cmake as he is.
