Rpm is probably the only software in existence that uses a prefix instead of a 
suffix for detecting it's own macro files. Commit 
ce7210d5841389f866f66ae700817bee7fb10e9d got it exactly wrong. Too many 
meetings must have melted my brains.

The great irony here is that this breakage occurs while developing a test-case 
for plugin-development. Oh well.
