Sure - we just need to make a decision, and I don't have a strong opinion on
that. I guess we just don't add any new provides here: the theoretical case for
the provides is that packages signed that key could require the key, and the
signature only carries the keyid as such. And, none of this is used by anything
AFAIK, even libsolv doesn't.
