Anytime we need to fix a thing, we need to find a way to test it so it doesn't 
break again. Even having a test that checks that non-zero lines are emitted by 
%dump would've prevented this regression, but doing better isn't hard: just 
create a tiny macros file with a couple of macros, point rpm to it with 
--macros=`<file>` and there you have a predictable output.
