Our man pages are this ad-hoc collection of styles from 20+ years of different
people and different formats and conversions between them. And it shows - our
man pages are just chaotic.
We need to make up a standard for our man pages, to which new manuals are
written to and old ones converted to. The standard should include/come as a
template man page that you can just copy to new manuals.
