This and various other similar switches are intentionally missing because
they're long obsolete aliases only.
But clearly, this non-documentation approach isn't working, yours is not at all
the first time somebody notices and reports it. So I think we'll need to
properly document them as obsolete, with pointers to the intended tools.
I submitted #4008 to do just that. So we're not applying this because it moves
in the wrong direction, but thanks for the patch anyhow because it got me to do
the right thing finally :smile:
