Hmm. I followed the precedent in rpmdeps.1.scd - or thought I did, it was
actually `[_OPERATION_]` in there.
But looking at it now, I agree, the uppercase looks just strange. I think the
logic here was that since the operation refers to a section, it should be
uppercase, but then options is lowercase too.
