I am not sure which two ffmpeg versions are in question, but this may be not so easy as there was the headers move and there is a wild sed in the spec to find the files at the right place ... (it should be assured by the ffmpeg-devel version dependency that it does not use version for which the build would fail after applying the patches) K.
