This would be the only package, so no, I'm not already a Fedora packager. I pick thing up pretty quickly though. I have some Python experience including maintaining a package on sourceforge (discspan) and some BASH script hacking. One thing I think I can figure out but a hint would save some time. I know the preference is to depend on something IN a package and not the package itself. I know openshot needs the mlt-melt executable but I'm not sure what requires the mlt-python package.
