This software cannot be included in Fedora because it depends on Transcode. It
was dropped from RPM Fusion due to FTBFS. Upstream is dead for a long time.
However it is still functional and most distros still carry it. I was able to
gather some patches and get it working again. This is my first RPM Fusion
package. My FAS account name is sundaram.
