Where to push f23 rpmfusion pkg updates ?

Hi All,

I'm working on updating the gstreamer1* pkgs for f23 to 1.6.4,
should I push the resulting changes to pkgs.kwizart.net as before
(and send a mail to request a build), or should I send a github
pull-req as done for f24?
