That is only for the free packages, the nonfree packages have not been bumped and rebuilt yet. Also, about the FTBFS, most of them are issues with the new aarch64, ppc64 and ppc64le arches. The quick and dirty fix, but also incorrect in most cases, is to exclude the failing arches, however this needs to be revisited later.
