So we just need :
dnf install
http://linuxdownload.adobe.com/adobe-release/adobe-release-x86_64-1.0-1.noarch.rpm
dnf install flash-player-ppapi freshplayerplugin
on /usr/share/doc/flash-player-ppapi-25.0.0.171/license.pdf we can read :
3.3 Distribution. This license does not grant you the right to sublicense or
distribute the Software. For
information about obtaining the right to distribute the Software on tangible
media or through an
