I'm not sure about subtitleripper, is there any replacement ? I think
Handbrake will.

BTW, I've submitted a rpmfusion-free-obsolete-packages (similar to
fedora-obsolete-packages)
So deprecated packages can be dropped.

The goal is to keep it only in f28+ to avoid breaking existing users
