Thank you _so_much_ for bumping it in Fedora. I've been trying to get that to
happen for _years_ https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1396749
Perhaps I didn't understand the process but I had thought raising a bug was the
right thing to do.
Your bump appears to have also propagated to F26 & F27 as well as F28 so all is
well now.
