There is a need for someone to head the rebuild? This includes to
build the list of affected or potentially affected packages.
Could grep'ing the buildroot logs for binutils-2.31.1-[4567].fc29 do the
trick to get list of affected builds and thus list of packages that need
to be rebuilt ?
