I have removed all obsoletes/Provides and added a single conflict(chromium). I
hope it's okay now.
I have added few Requires. Those are system libraries that chromium depends on.
Please review.

I highly doubt that. Google doesn't seem interested. Many people including me
tried to get this patch merged upstream but failed. So we have created our own
forks. It's highly unlikely that it will get merged in the near future. It's
been 4 years now.

Okay. I have removed the white spaces.

yes, video acceleration api depends on libva. We are using the system libva for
the build.
