I'll create a new package request for the raspberry-vc libs. I'm not as fast as some of you, so give me a few days. I will get this done.
I plan to use this specfile as a starting point: https://github.com/fedberry/raspberrypi-vc/blob/master/raspberrypi-vc.spec It does need some modifications for compatibility, but it looks to be very well written. We can get into the details during the review, but I thought I would mention what I plan to start with. I unknowingly uncovered some strong opinions regarding third party repos recently and I'm just trying to do the right thing here. Thanks, Andy No Trees were killed in the sending of this message. However, a large number of electrons were terribly inconvenienced. ________________________________ From: Nicolas Chauvet <[email protected]> Sent: Thursday, November 8, 2018 8:31 AM To: RPM Fusion developers discussion list Subject: Re: Introducing new koji rpmfusion namespace : rpi Le jeu. 8 nov. 2018 à 09:11, Nicolas Chauvet <[email protected]> a écrit : > > Le jeu. 8 nov. 2018 à 05:52, Leigh Scott <[email protected]> a écrit : > > > > I've had a look a fedberry, they have used XXXXXXX for ffmpeg and others. > The idea is indeed to use our ffmpeg/mpv packages indeed, not to > import their raw packages without review. > The most important one is the vc one. > > So it's just a matter to add a _with_rpi option in our packages where > relevant. So I've made the first scratch build http://koji.rpmfusion.org/koji/taskinfo?taskID=273846 There is a need for a formal review for the rpi namespace https://bugzilla.rpmfusion.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5072 Thx -- - Nicolas (kwizart) _______________________________________________ rpmfusion-developers mailing list -- [email protected] To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected]
