Quick spec review...
1. Source0 can be changed from:
Source0: %{url}/archive/v%{version}.tar.gz#/%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz
to
Source0: %{url}/archive/v%{version}/%{name}-%{version}.tar.gz
The "#/" trick usually isn't required anymore.
2. Is the CMake config not functional?
