Making good progress.
Omxplayer installs and runs as expected on my raspi3. I used an h264 rtsp
stream from a surveillance camera, and it displayed on the monitor using ~2-3%
cpu resources, so hwaccel is working.
Changes with the latest build:
- fixed man page with exec bit set
- fixed incorrect fsf-address - upstream pr was merged
- fixed non-fatal error messages seen on the commandline on non-desktop pi's
- Stopped Makefile from stripping debug info
