It used to work, but i did as you recommended. Thanks.

Fixed. Also applied new %dnl macros with commenting original package name for
Fedora.
Also improved package overall and now added Libretro's core info which is very
useful.

There is still some things which we can improve in future like include gamepad
profile and cover art in package. But most important to package
freeworld/non-free Libretro cores. This is the main purpose of RetroArch RPM
Fusion package. I hope we slowly package them in future.
