Okay, I've found the root cause of the problem.
Reported at https://pagure.io/koji/issue/2297
I may have to manually apply a workaround to allow virtualbox to build
for el8 until fixed in koji upstream...
Please submit the el8 build asap (I may cancel mine as it's not the
most recent bugfix)...
