I have bumped aom to 2.0.0 on Rawhide and rebuilt go-avif and gstreamer1-
plugins-bad-free Fedora side.

Now the following packages need to be rebuilt on RPMFusion:

> cinelerra-gg-5.1-58.20191231git3878a69.fc32.x86_64 libaom.so.0()(64bit)
> ffmpeg-libs-4.2.2-5.fc32.x86_64                    libaom.so.0()(64bit)
> vlc-core-1:3.0.9.2-3.fc32.x86_64                   libaom.so.0()(64bit)
> xine-lib-1.2.10-3.fc32.x86_64                      libaom.so.0()(64bit)

Help is appreciated with this part.
