I agree that this should move to -free, considering that the copyright 
license is considered free by both the FSF and Fedora (and that only patents 
prevent shipping this unrestricted version of fdk-aac in Fedora itself).

I used to have some reservations about the freeness of the license, but 
since the license has been ruled free by both the FSF and the Fedora 
Project, I no longer see a valid reason for RPM Fusion to decide any 
differently.
