Try this to build the kmod.

rpmbuild --rebuild --define='kernels $(uname -r)' 
nvidia-kmod-455.45.01-1.fc34.src.rpm


As for the conflict, we support the latest centos release not redhats
latest.


I will try and build for el8 later.
