I can't fix this now , I'm in work you can
edit /usr/lib/python3.8/site-packages/pyrpkg/__init__.py and
replace koji_config['ca'] by ""
how do I see it now , this is the best fix but on rpkg package ( 
https://pagure.io/rpkg ;)
