I haven't managed to use OpenCV with OpenCL, seems like we are missing a module
in opencv upstream as our build doesn't advertise HAVE_OPENCV_OCL.
Also I don't think using the upstream spec file work anymore, the current way
upstream seems to work is to build theses as static.
