Right, so either:
1/ submit a package review here: so it means "you" volunteer to maintain the
package that obey the fedora guidelines within rpmfusion. You can also pay a
packager to do this task for you.
2/ submit a RFE for anyone in the community to pick up this task. (as the
linked pointed by Leigh within fedy).
As I'm concerned, I agree that Jami would be a good addition for Fedora in
rpmfusion, but I'm not going to package it myself.
