Problem 1: cannot install the best update candidate for package
shotcut-23.09.29-1.fc38.ppc64le
- nothing provides libQt6Charts.so.6(Qt_6.5_PRIVATE_API)(64bit) needed by
shotcut-23.11.04-1.fc38.ppc64le from rpmfusion-free-updates-testing
Problem 2: package shotcut-langpack-en-23.11.04-1.fc38.noarch from
rpmfusion-free-updates-testing requires shotcut = 23.11.04-1.fc38, but none of
the providers can be installed
- cannot install the best update candidate for package
shotcut-langpack-en-23.09.29-1.fc38.noarch
- nothing provides libQt6Charts.so.6(Qt_6.5_PRIVATE_API)(64bit) needed by

BTW this is not ppc64le specific, both aarch64 and x86_64 require
libQt6Charts.so.6(Qt_6.5_PRIVATE_API)(64bit) as well
