buildvm-02.online.rpmfusion.net isn't functioning correctly, it is the
cause of all the 'git hash' issues for srpm-build stage.
It's strange buildvm-01.online.rpmfusion.net doen't have the same issue
as they are both hosted on the same hardware.

Looking at the infra globally, there is indeed both CPU and IO load
occurring between 2:AM and 4:50 AM UTC.
Looking at the VM involved, I would suspect some heavy load on some of
our websites caused by IA/search bot or else.
This said, this was temporary, and if reproducible too often, please
warn, I will investigate more deeply.
