Screw the stupid fedora change, maybe we should revert this and use our
own rpm packages in override.

seems that broke our koji build on rawhide
Thanks for warning about this.
We likely needs a dedicated mock directive to avoid checking
signature. Koji, when using external repositories, is unlikely to have
gpg for earch external repository.
I think that will hit Fedora when builders will be migrated to f45 and
they will target epel, so have some advance with this bug.
