Hi there,
EL8 has kept using ffmpeg-4.2.x branch until now, but this branch has
been officially EOL('ed) upstream. Rebasing to ffmpeg-4.4x is the way
to go with the recently release 4.4.8
fixing few security issues

This will require a rebuild of the usual dependencies for more safety.
I hope to publish the updates in testing sonnish and lock it there for
one week at least.
