Thanks for the notice. I've completed the package retirement. The pkgdb doesn't provide an easy way to manage permissions. For example, creating branches requires being one of the Package Administrators for the package, while retiring a package only requires admin permissions. In any case, there is still one more step after retirement: removing the Koji tag from the package. This prevents it from being built for that tag, in this case f45-free, which is currently also Rawhide.
