I noticed that:

The certificate of https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/ expired on June 4, 2017 at 5:41 PM. The current time is June 4, 2017 at 6:26 PM.

And, with rpmfusion enabled, dnf upgrade reported:

Error: Error downloading packages:
Curl error (60): Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates for https://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/metalink?repo=free-fedora-updates-testing-26&arch=x86_64 [Peer's Certificate has expired.]

what a shame - on proper configured machines you get a sysmail

rpm -q --file /usr/bin/certwatch
crypto-utils-2.4.1-64.fc25.x86_64
