From this list there is a package that prevent the update to be done correctly. Most of theses are packages that for one reason on another aren't in the currently enabled repositories. Some of them should have been obsoleted by the fedora-obsolete-packages, we should introduce a rpmfusion counterpart (gmtk, gnome-mplayer*, mpg321 aren't maintained anymore).
